Order Tracking
Effective Oct 23, 2026
This page shows where a Zyntrie order stands, when its tracking link arrives and what to do when the scans stop or the parcel cannot be found.
In case you have the order ID and billing email
Enter the order ID from the confirmation email, digits only, and the billing email used at checkout. The result shows the watches in the order and its status.
Since the tracking link follows the hand-over
Hand-over: the point at which the parcel leaves the fulfillment partner and enters the carrier’s network.
The tracking link is emailed on the day of the hand-over, which comes 2-3 business days after the order day. Business days are weekdays that are not US federal holidays.
If the status line puzzles you
| Status | Where the order is |
|---|---|
| Processing | payment received; the fulfillment partner is packing the watch |
| Completed | the carrier has the parcel and the tracking link has gone out by email |
| On hold | a payment check or a verification question is still open |
| Canceled | the order stopped before the hand-over, and its refund is on the way |
| Refunded | the refund has been sent to the original payment method |
Even if the tracking page starts blank
A new tracking link can show no scan for up to 3 business days while the parcel waits for its international flight. A blank page in that window is normal.
Should the scans stop for 8 business days
Trace: a formal search the carrier runs for a missing parcel.
Support requests a trace once the tracking link has been frozen for 8 business days. If 8 more business days pass without an answer, you choose between the same watch sent again at no charge and the money back in full.
A watch paid at 11:00 AM Eastern Time on Tuesday, Jan 12, 2027 gets its tracking link on Thursday, Jan 14 or Friday, Jan 15. If its last scan lands on Wednesday, Jan 20 and nothing follows, the trace opens on Monday, Feb 1, 2027. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, Jan 18, falls before that last scan and changes nothing in the count.
Although the last scan says delivered
Give the parcel 2 business days to turn up and ask neighbors or the building office. If it is still missing, report it to support within 14 days of the delivered scan.
If one order comes in two parcels
An order of two or more watches can travel in separate parcels. Each parcel gets its own tracking link in its own email, and the split adds nothing to shipping.
Unless the watch is running when it arrives
Power reserve: the number of hours a fully wound watch runs before it stops.
A mechanical watch usually arrives stopped, because its power reserve runs out long before 12-14 business days of transit end. Winding it starts it again, as the Watch Guide shows. A watch that still stops while wound is a technical defect under the Refund and Returns Policy. A quartz watch can arrive with its crown pulled out to save the button cell; pushing the crown in starts it, and one that still does not run is a technical defect too.
Because the Shipping Policy holds the full rules
Everything else about delivery sits in the Shipping Policy: the delivery area, the 14-17 business days, late parcels, lost parcels and parcels that arrive damaged.
