Privacy Policy

Effective Oct 23, 2026

This page covers the personal information Zyntrie handles when you browse zyntrie.com, buy a watch, sign up for watch news or contact support, and the rights you hold over it.

So that the scope of this policy is clear

Personal information: a fact about a specific person, or one that can be traced back to that person. A delivery address is one; an order ID tied to an email is another.

The policy applies to zyntrie.com, its order emails and messages sent to support by email, phone or the contact form. MAYCI ANNYEL SHORTT FUNY LLC, trading as Zyntrie, is the business responsible for it. A revision carries a new effective date above the first heading.

Because an order cannot ship without some data

Zyntrie uses personal information for these purposes only:

  • taking payment and screening orders for fraud
  • passing each order to the fulfillment partner and the carriers
  • sending the confirmation, shipping and refund emails
  • answering support messages and handling returns
  • sending watch news to addresses signed up in the footer form
  • keeping the tax and accounting records the law requires

If you place an order or write to support

Checkout asks for your name, email, phone and two addresses, one for billing and one for delivery. The order record adds the watches bought and the order total. Support messages add their own text and photos to that record, and a review adds its wording and star rating. The footer form asks for an email address and nothing else.

Even if you only browse the site

On every visit the web host and Cloudflare log technical details: the IP address, the browser and its version, the kind of device and each page opened. WooCommerce sets cookies that remember the cart. No analytics tag measures visits.

Since payment and delivery partners report back

Stripe and the payment gateway return the payment status with the card brand and its last four digits. PayPal returns the payer’s name, email and the address held by PayPal. Carriers return delivery scans, and the fulfillment partner returns the tracking link.

Provided a partner needs the data for your order

Service provider: a company that handles personal information for Zyntrie under contract and only for the job it was given.

Order data goes to service providers and to no one else, except when a court order or a law requires disclosure. The table below lists each one.

So that each recipient gets only its share

Recipient What it receives What for
Fulfillment partner in China name, delivery address, phone number, watches ordered packing and shipping the order
Carriers (the international flight and the US delivery) parcel details, name, phone number, delivery address delivery and tracking
Payment gateway and Stripe card details, billing address, email address, order total card charges and fraud checks
PayPal email address, order total, items ordered PayPal payments
Web host everything stored with an order, site logs, the emails the site sends running the site and sending its emails
Cloudflare IP address, browser details, pages requested protecting the site from attacks and bots

Because the fulfillment partner works in China

The name, delivery address, phone number and order contents of each order are handled in China by the fulfillment partner. Data protection law in China differs from US law. The partner receives nothing beyond what the table above lists.

Although personal information reaches partners

Sale: handing over personal information for money or other value.

Zyntrie has never sold personal information and has no buyer for it. No customer’s contact details are sold, rented or traded.

Since no advertising tag runs on the site

Sharing: passing personal information to a company for advertising based on activity across other sites.

No advertising pixel runs on zyntrie.com, and no email address, phone number or hashed contact detail goes to Google, Meta or any other advertising company for ad measurement. The page code still holds an inactive Google tag snippet from the product feed plugin; it loads no Google script and sends nothing.

Because no AI model trains on customer data

No AI model, large language models included, is trained on the personal information Zyntrie holds. Zyntrie also does not sell or license that information for AI training.

If your browser stores cookies from zyntrie.com

Cookie: a small file a website places in your browser.

Cookie group Set by What it does
Cart and session WooCommerce keeps the cart and checkout working
Login WordPress keeps a signed-in customer signed in
Security Cloudflare separates people from bots

These cookies are needed for the shop to work, so no cookie banner appears. Blocking them in the browser stops the cart from working.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): a browser setting that tells a website not to sell or share your data.

A GPC signal is honored as an opt-out for that browser. Because nothing is sold or shared, the signal changes nothing that would be visible on the site.

So that the data stays protected

The site runs over HTTPS behind Cloudflare. Card numbers go to Stripe, and PayPal payments finish on PayPal’s own pages. Only the staff who fill orders and answer support can open order records.

Should a data breach ever happen

People whose personal information was exposed get notice without unreasonable delay, and the Virginia Attorney General is informed, as Va. Code § 18.2-186.6 requires.

As long as records are needed

Record Kept for
Order and payment records 7 years
Support messages 24 months
Newsletter address until you unsubscribe

Should you want a copy, a correction or a deletion

Authorized agent: a person or company you allow, in writing, to make a privacy request for you.

Five requests are open to you: seeing what Zyntrie holds about you, getting it as a file, fixing mistakes in it, erasing it and opting out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling. Email contact@zyntrie.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, from the address used for your orders if you can. Receipt is confirmed within 1 business day and the answer comes within 45 days; when more time is needed, one extension of 45 days is announced by email. Opt-outs and GPC signals take effect within 15 business days. An authorized agent sends your written permission with the request.

Should a request be refused

Reply to the refusal with “Appeal” in the subject within 45 days. Each appeal is decided within 45 days. If the refusal stands, you can contact your state attorney general.

If you live in California

Under the CCPA, a California resident who uses any of these rights pays the same prices and gets the same service as before. The Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page sets out the opt-out.

Even if your state is not California

Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia give their residents comparable rights in their own privacy laws. Zyntrie handles requests from every US state the same way.

Provided you are 18 or older

Orders are for customers 18 or older. Zyntrie does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 and deletes any it finds.

Outside sites such as PayPal or a carrier’s tracking page answer to their own privacy policies, not to this one, and Zyntrie does not control them.
