Although listings describe each watch closely
Movement: the mechanism inside the case that drives the hands.
Each listing names the movement type, the case diameter, the materials and the water resistance rating that the maker gives. Photos show the model sold. Small differences in the shade of a dial or strap, in the finish of a case or in packaging between production runs are not defects.

If a dial looks different on your screen
Case diameter: the width of the case across the dial, not counting the crown.
Lume: the glow-in-the-dark paint on the hands and hour markers.

Accuracy: the number of seconds a mechanical movement gains or loses in a day.
A stopped mechanical watch is wound before anyone calls it faulty. Keep the crown pushed in, or screwed down where the listing says it screws, before the watch meets water, and never press the crown or pushers under water.

Strong magnets in speakers, magnetic phone cases and laptop lids can make a mechanical watch run fast, and demagnetizing fixes it. Timing inside the daily tolerance printed in the listing is normal. Damage from a drop, a knock, water let in through an open crown or a magnet is not a technical defect.
Because liability stops at the order total
