This page explains who runs Zyntrie, what it sells, how a watch gets to you and what the shop does and does not promise.
Because Zyntrie is a small online watch shop
Zyntrie sells mechanical watches for men and quartz watches for women and for unisex wear, through zyntrie.com and nowhere else. The name on the site and on the order emails belongs to one company, named in the next section.
Since one Virginia company runs it
MAYCI ANNYEL SHORTT FUNY LLC, EIN 99-4761156, owns and runs Zyntrie online. Its business address is 222 Milford St, Bowling Green, VA 22427, United States. Picking the watches and pricing them is the company’s job. So are the listings, the policies, the payments, support and the decision on every return and refund.
If you want a mechanical watch
Mechanical watch: a watch powered by a wound mainspring instead of a battery.
Automatic movement: a movement that winds itself from the motion of the wrist.
Hand-wound movement: a movement wound by turning the crown.
The men’s watches have automatic or hand-wound movements. None of them takes a battery, so none needs a battery change. A men’s watch that stops is wound again, not sent off for a new cell.
Unless you want to wind a watch
Quartz watch: a watch whose movement runs on a small button cell and keeps time with a vibrating quartz crystal.
The women’s and unisex watches are quartz. Each one ships with its button cell fitted, needs no winding and runs until the cell is spent, when a watch shop or jeweler can fit a new one. The Details list on every listing names the movement.
Even though the shop starts with watches
Watches come first, and the catalog is meant to grow. Spare straps and bracelets, watch boxes and winders are the likeliest next additions, followed later by other kinds of goods. The policies on this site are updated before any new category goes on sale.
So that every order ships straight from China
Each paid order passes to an independent fulfillment partner in China that works for Zyntrie under contract. The partner packs the watch within 2-3 business days and sends the parcel to your door with import duty and customs charges already paid, and transit takes 12-14 business days. Nothing is collected at delivery.
Although shipping from China takes longer
The model has costs, and they are stated here. A watch spends 14-17 business days between the order day and your door; a shop shipping inside the United States is faster. There is no showroom for trying a watch on before buying. A change-of-mind return travels at your cost to the address in the return authorization.

Should you look for a showroom
Zyntrie sells online only. It has no showroom, no pickup counter and no repair desk. It does not sell copies or imitations of other brands’ watches, and every listing names the watch as it is sold.
