This page covers your right to stop Zyntrie from selling or sharing data about you, how to use it and what happens after you do.
If you live in California or another privacy-law state
California residents can use the CCPA to halt the sale of their data and its use for cross-site advertising. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon and the other states listed in the Privacy Policy can opt out of sale and of targeted advertising under their own laws. Zyntrie accepts the opt-out from anyone in the United States.
Even if you opt out today
An opt-out is recorded against your email address and, for GPC, against your browser. Order emails, shipping updates and support replies keep coming, since they are part of the orders you place. Watch news from the footer form is separate and stops when you reply “unsubscribe”.
Because Zyntrie neither sells nor shares personal information
Sale: personal information traded away for a payment or some other benefit.
Sharing: making personal information available to a company for advertising aimed at you because of what you do on other sites.
Neither happens at Zyntrie. No advertising pixel runs on zyntrie.com and no customer list goes to an advertising company, so an opt-out confirms the present practice and binds Zyntrie to it for your data.
Provided your browser sends Global Privacy Control
Global Privacy Control (GPC): a browser setting that sends every website a signal not to sell or share your data.
zyntrie.com reads the signal on each visit and treats it as an opt-out for that browser without any form. A GPC opt-out tied to an email address takes effect within 15 business days, the same as an emailed one.
In case you want an opt-out on record
Write to contact@zyntrie.com and put “Privacy opt-out” in the subject, or say the same through the contact form or by phone. Give the email address you use for orders or for watch news.
Since an opt-out needs no ID
Zyntrie asks for no ID, account login or order ID to process an opt-out. Support confirms each opt-out by email within 1 business day. Applying it takes no longer than 15 business days.
So that opting out costs nothing
Opting out changes no price, no shipping charge and no part of the service. A $43.99 watch, $255.01 below the $299 line, costs $43.99 before you opt out and $43.99 after, with the same $6 shipping charge.
Should an agent act for you
Authorized agent: a person or company you name in writing to make a privacy request on your behalf.
An agent’s request has to include a letter or form you signed that gives the agent this authority. Requests about access, correction or deletion follow the steps and the 45-day timeline in the Privacy Policy.
