This page sets the terms for using zyntrie.com and for buying a watch from it, from the moment an order is placed to the way a dispute is settled.

Because MAYCI ANNYEL SHORTT FUNY LLC is the seller

Zyntrie is the trading name of MAYCI ANNYEL SHORTT FUNY LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, EIN 99-4761156. Its business address is 222 Milford St, Bowling Green, VA 22427, United States. Every order on zyntrie.com is a contract between you and that company.

Since shipping and returns have their own pages

Four policies are part of these terms, and each one governs its own subject.

Provided payment goes through

Hand-over: the point at which the parcel leaves the fulfillment partner and enters the carrier’s network.

Checkout turns your cart into an offer to buy those watches. A contract exists from the hand-over onward; the shipping email marks that moment. Until then Zyntrie may decline the order, and a declined order gets every dollar back within 2 business days.

Even though the contract forms later

Placing the order triggers a single charge for the full order total.

A declined, canceled or unshipped order gets that charge back in full.

As long as you are 18 or older

Orders are open to adults 18 or older with a delivery address that the Shipping Policy covers. Each order has to be placed in your own name, with payment details you are entitled to use.

If a listing describes a watch

Movement: the mechanism inside the case that drives the hands.

Each listing gives the movement type, the case diameter, the materials and the water resistance rating stated by the maker. A case diameter within 1 mm of the listed figure matches the listing. Timing inside the daily tolerance printed in the listing is normal for a mechanical movement and is not a fault.

Should a price or stock figure be wrong

A price that is plainly wrong is not honored; the order is canceled before the hand-over and refunded in full, with an email explaining the error. A watch that sells out after payment leads to an email within 1 business day: wait for more stock, pick a different watch or have the price of the sold-out watch refunded.

Unless the carrier already has the parcel

An order can be canceled during the 24 hours after checkout, unless the carrier already holds the parcel. The full order total comes back within 2 business days. A late hand-over, past 3 business days after the order day, brings an email with a revised date and the choice to cancel for a full refund, under the FTC Mail Order Rule.

So that the site works for every customer

Using zyntrie.com to place fraudulent orders, test stolen cards, copy listings in bulk with automated tools, send malicious code or overload the site is not allowed. Zyntrie may cancel orders and block access tied to such use.

Because the photos and text belong to Zyntrie or its licensors

The listing text, guides, photos, logo and site design are owned by Zyntrie or used under license. You may view, print and share pages for personal use; copying them for another shop or for resale needs written permission.

If you post a review

Only a customer who bought a watch can post a review on its page. Reviews appear exactly as the customers who wrote them posted them. Zyntrie pays nothing for them, offers no discount in return and leaves critical ones up. A review that contains another person’s private details, spam, abuse or unlawful content is removed.

Although each watch is sold as described

Each watch comes with the description in its listing, the 30-day return window and the 30-day fault report in the Refund and Returns Policy. Zyntrie gives no separate written warranty. Any implied warranty that the law does not allow a seller to exclude still applies.

Since liability is capped at the order total

Zyntrie’s total liability arising from an order, whatever the claim, cannot exceed the order total paid. A $77.99 watch, $221.01 below the $299 line, plus $6 shipping makes an $83.99 order, and $83.99 is the cap for that order. Indirect losses are excluded, for example a gift that arrives after the birthday or income lost while waiting for a parcel. These limits give way wherever Virginia or federal law forbids them.

Should misuse of the site cause a claim

If a third party brings a claim against Zyntrie because of your fraud, your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the site, you cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

Even if events outside anyone’s control delay an order

Storms, flight cancellations, customs holds, carrier strikes and outages can slow an order. Zyntrie is not in breach while such an event lasts, and the trace, replacement and refund rights in the Shipping Policy still apply.

So that a dispute starts with a conversation

Email contact@zyntrie.com before filing any claim; both sides then have 30 days to settle it in writing. No arbitration clause applies, class actions are not waived and small claims court stays available to you.

Because Virginia law governs these terms

Virginia law applies to these terms and to every order. A lawsuit belongs in the state courts of Caroline County, Virginia, or before the federal court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

PayPal, Stripe and the carriers’ tracking pages belong to other companies, whose own terms govern them. Zyntrie does not control those sites.

If one clause cannot be enforced

A clause found unenforceable is limited to the extent needed, and the rest of these terms remains in force.

Provided these terms and the linked policies are read together

These terms and the policies linked above are the whole agreement between you and Zyntrie about using the site and buying a watch.

Should these terms change

A revision carries a new effective date above the first heading and applies to orders placed from that date. An order placed earlier keeps the terms of its order day.
