Support replies to email and form messages within 1 business day. One sent on Saturday, Nov 28, 2026 is answered by the end of Monday, Nov 30.

Support takes calls Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern Time, except on US federal holidays.

If the message is a privacy request
A request for a copy, a correction or a deletion needs the subject “Privacy request”. Stopping sale or sharing takes the subject “Privacy opt-out”. Timelines for both are in the Privacy Policy.
As long as the message comes from a zyntrie.com address
Every email from Zyntrie comes from an address ending in @zyntrie.com: order emails from admin@zyntrie.com, support replies from contact@zyntrie.com. Calls come only from +1 (804) 729-0047. A message from any other address that asks for a card number or a password in Zyntrie’s name did not come from Zyntrie.
