Payment Policy

Effective Oct 23, 2026

This page covers paying for a Zyntrie watch: the two ways to pay, what the order total contains, the moment of the charge and what happens when a payment fails or a price is wrong.

Provided you pay by card or PayPal

Payment gateway: the service between the checkout page and the card processor. At Zyntrie it passes card details to Stripe.

Checkout offers two routes. One is PayPal. The other is a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover card, typed into the payment gateway’s card form and processed by Stripe.

Because every price is in US dollars

Watch prices, the $6 shipping charge and sales tax all appear in US dollars (USD), and the charge is made in USD.

So that the order total holds no surprises

Order total: the watches, the shipping charge and any sales tax added together, shown as the last line at checkout.

Cart Watches Distance from $299 Shipping Order total before sales tax
one $97.99 watch $97.99 $201.01 below $6 $103.99
four watches at $97.99, $96.99, $74.99 and $43.99 $313.96 $14.96 above $0 $313.96

The figure on that last line is the amount charged.

If your state charges sales tax

Listed watch prices leave sales tax out. Checkout prices the tax for the delivery address and prints it under the shipping charge, ahead of payment. A state without sales tax on the order shows none.

Even if you pay by card

Card payments carry no surcharge. Checkout adds no handling fee, insurance line or rush option, and no box is ticked for you. Import duty and customs fees are settled before the parcel leaves China, and the carrier collects nothing at delivery.

Since the charge happens at checkout

Placing the order triggers a single charge for the full order total.

Nothing more is charged at the hand-over or at delivery.

In case the confirmation email is missing

A confirmation email with the order ID arrives within minutes of payment. One that has not shown up within the hour is usually in the spam folder; if it is not there either, write to support.

Because the payment icons match checkout

The icons in the footer and at checkout show PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Those five are what checkout runs, and no other logo appears.

Unless the method is on that list

Wallet buttons such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are absent. So are bank transfers, checks and cash on delivery. Cryptocurrency and gift cards cannot be used either.

Even though the card form sits on the checkout page

Card numbers travel from the card form to Stripe over an encrypted connection. Zyntrie does not store full card numbers, and PayPal payments are completed on PayPal’s own pages.

As long as the billing address matches the card

Billing address: the street address your bank or PayPal sends statements to.

What you type in the billing fields must agree with that record. Shipping can go to another street address inside the delivery area, a gift recipient’s included.

Should an order need verification

Some orders draw a verification question by email within 1 business day. Five business days without a verified answer end the order: it is canceled and the order total goes back in full.

If you have a discount code

Zyntrie has no discount codes running at the moment. When one runs, each order takes a single code, entered at checkout before payment.

The $299 line is measured after the code. A $25 code on that $313.96 cart leaves $288.96, which is $10.04 below the line, so the $6 shipping charge returns.

Even if two amounts appear on your statement

Authorization hold: an amount a bank sets aside while a payment is checked. It is not a charge.

A declined or abandoned payment can leave an authorization hold next to the real charge. Most banks drop such a hold within 5 business days. Only the order that went through is charged.

If a payment is declined

A declined payment leaves the order unplaced and nothing is charged. Retype the card details, switch to PayPal or ask your bank to approve the payment. The bank’s reason for a decline is not visible to support.

Should a price be plainly wrong

A plainly wrong price is not honored, such as the $97.99 watch, $201.01 below the $299 line, listed by mistake at $9.79, $289.21 below it. The order is canceled before the hand-over, the full order total is refunded and an email explains the error.

Unless support has had a chance to fix it

Chargeback: a reversal of a card payment that the card holder asks the bank for.

Write to support before starting a chargeback. Billing questions are answered within 2 business days, and a refund owed is sent to the original payment method without a dispute.

Since card data stays with Stripe and PayPal

The Privacy Policy explains which payment details Zyntrie receives, who processes them and how long order and payment records are kept.
