This page explains the trip a Zyntrie watch makes from China to a door anywhere in the contiguous 48 states or DC, the business days it takes and the $6 charge that drops to $0 at $299.
Because every watch ships from China
Every paid order passes to an independent fulfillment partner in China. The partner boxes the watch and sends the parcel to your address with import duty and customs charges already settled. Nothing is due at the door.
DDP: Delivered Duty Paid, the trade term under which the sender clears duties and customs fees before the parcel enters the United States.
Mechanical watch: a watch powered by a wound mainspring instead of a battery.
Quartz watch: a watch whose movement runs on a small button cell and keeps time with a vibrating quartz crystal.
The men’s watches are mechanical and travel with no battery. The women’s and unisex watches are quartz and travel with their button cell already fitted.
As long as the address is in the lower 48 or DC
Zyntrie ships to street addresses in any of the 48 contiguous states and in Washington, DC. A house qualifies. So does an apartment, provided the unit number is on the address line, and so does an office with a front desk.
Unless the address is a PO box or outside the lower 48
The service area stops at the lower 48 and DC. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and every other US territory are outside it, as are military APO, FPO and DPO addresses, PO boxes and foreign addresses. Checkout has no shipping rate for Alaska, Hawaii, the territories, military mail or foreign addresses, so an order to one of them cannot be completed. PO boxes are different: one inside the 48 states can get through checkout, and that order is canceled with the whole amount sent back within 2 business days.
Because every product page names China as the origin
China is named as the ships-from country on every Zyntrie product page and in the product data sent to Google.
If the order comes to less than $299
Below $299, one flat $6 covers shipping. At $299 and above, shipping is free.

Even if the order holds three watches
Below $299 the $6 is charged once for the whole order, never once per watch.
The $299 line: the price of the watches with any discount code already taken off. Sales tax and the $6 never count toward it.
Provided payment clears by 5:00 PM Eastern Time
Business day: a weekday that is not a US federal holiday.
Order day: the business day from which every count on this page starts.
Cut-off: 5:00 PM Eastern Time each business day.
A payment that clears by the cut-off makes that business day the order day. Weekend and federal holiday payments, and any that clear after the cut-off, take the next business day as their order day. Paid at 5:20 PM Eastern Time on Friday, Oct 30, 2026, a watch has Monday, Nov 2 as its order day.
Since packing takes 2-3 business days
Hand-over: the point at which the parcel leaves the fulfillment partner’s hands and enters the carrier’s network.
The fulfillment partner needs 2-3 business days to pack the watch and reach the hand-over. Day one is the first business day after the order day.
Because transit adds 12-14 business days
Transit: the stretch from the hand-over to the delivery scan, covering the international flight, US customs and the final delivery.
Transit lasts 12-14 business days.

Should you order on Tuesday, Nov 3, 2026
Take a watch paid at 3:40 PM Eastern Time on Tuesday, Nov 3, 2026. The carrier receives it on Thursday, Nov 5 at the earliest and Friday, Nov 6 at the latest. Delivery falls between Tuesday, Nov 24 and Monday, Nov 30. Veterans Day (Wednesday, Nov 11) and Thanksgiving (Thursday, Nov 26) do not count as business days.
So that the order total is the last amount you pay
Handling fees, card surcharges and insurance add-ons do not exist at Zyntrie checkout. The carrier collects nothing at the door. If anyone asks for money on delivery, do not pay; email support a photo of the notice.
If sales tax applies to your address
Watch prices on the site leave sales tax out. Checkout prices the tax for the delivery address and prints it under the shipping charge, ahead of payment.
Since two carriers share the trip
The fulfillment partner puts the parcel on an international flight. A US carrier takes it from customs to your door. Checkout does not offer a choice of carrier; the shipping email names the one assigned.
In case you want to follow the parcel
Tracking link: the carrier’s web page listing every scan of the parcel.
The tracking link comes by email on the day of the hand-over. Expect a blank tracking page for up to 3 business days; the first scan often lags the hand-over.
Even if two watches travel in separate parcels
An order with more than one watch can come in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking link. The second parcel costs nothing extra.
Provided 24 hours have not passed
For 24 hours after checkout, a delivery address can still be fixed, as long as the parcel has not reached the carrier. Send support the order ID with the address written the way it should appear, unit number included. The same 24 hours allow a cancellation, with the full order total back within 2 business days.
Should a watch sell out after payment
Support writes to you within 1 business day. You can wait for more stock, pick a different watch or have the price of the sold-out watch refunded.
In case dispatch runs late
FTC Mail Order Rule: the federal rule on what a seller owes a buyer when an order ships later than promised.
A watch still not with the carrier 3 business days after the order day brings an email with a revised hand-over date. Answer yes to wait for it, or ask to cancel and get the full order total back. Silence counts as a cancellation, and the refund is sent.
Even if tracking says delivered
Tracking can show delivered while the parcel is nowhere to be found. Give it 2 business days and ask neighbors and the building office; if it is still missing, report it to support within 14 days of the delivered scan.
Should the tracking stop for 8 business days
Trace: a formal search the carrier runs for a missing parcel.
Support asks the carrier for a trace once the tracking link has been frozen for 8 business days. If 8 more business days bring no answer, the choice is yours: the same watch sent again at no charge, or the money back in full.
If the box arrives damaged or never arrives
Crystal: the clear cover over the dial.
A cracked crystal, a dented case or a crushed box must reach support no later than 14 days after delivery. Attach photos of the watch, the outer box and the shipping label. A parcel the carrier confirms as lost gets the same choice as a trace with no answer.
So that a complete report gets a decision in 2 business days
Complete report: the order ID, a few lines on what went wrong and the photos listed above.
Support gives a decision within 2 business days of receiving a complete report.
Although weather and peak weeks can add days
A customs inspection, a full cargo flight, a snowstorm or the late-November and December rush can push the trip beyond 17 business days. The trace and lost-parcel sections above still apply.
Although returns have their own page
Sending a watch back is covered by the Refund and Returns Policy. Ask within 30 days of delivery, wait for the return authorization that carries the return address and expect no restocking fee.
